Polyacrylamide is a linear, water-soluble polymer with the following key characteristics:

Flocculation: Its long molecular chains can connect fine particles in water through "adsorption and bridging," forming large flocs that settle rapidly.

Drag Reduction: Effectively reduces the frictional resistance of fluids.

It is categorized into Non-ionic, Anionic, Cationic, and Amphoteric types based on its ionic charge, making it suitable for different applications.

Transport, Packaging & Storage

Packaging: Typically sealed in kraft paper bags or woven bags with an inner plastic liner (common size: 25 kg/bag).

Transport: Keep dry during transport, protect from sun, rain, and moisture, and prevent package damage. It is not classified as hazardous goods.

Storage: Must be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. The solid powder generally has a shelf life of 2 years. It is crucial to prevent moisture, as the product will cake and lose effectiveness if it becomes damp.
