商品说明
PolyDADMAC (Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride) CAS Number: 26062-79-3 1. Characteristics PolyDADMAC is a cationic linear polymer and an important organic flocculant/polyelectrolyte. High Cationic Charge Density: Its molecular chain carries a high density of positive charges, enabling efficient neutralization of negatively charged colloidal particles. Strong Flocculation Ability: It aggregates suspended particles into large flocs via charge neutralization and adsorption bridging, facilitating separation. Good Water Solubility: Easily dissolves in water to form clear solutions. Broad pH Applicability: Effective over a wide pH range. Safe for Use: Relatively non-toxic and safe at recommended dosages, with monomer residues strictly controlled. 2. Main Applications Water Treatment: Its primary application. Used as a primary coagulant or coagulant aid in potable water purification, municipal/industrial wastewater treatment to remove turbidity, color, and organic matter. Paper Industry: Serves as a wet-end additive, retention/drainage aid, and charge neutralizer to improve filler/fine retention and paper quality. Textile & Dyeing: Acts as a fixing agent to enhance dye fastness and is used in wastewater treatment. Oilfield Chemicals: Used as a clay stabilizer and flocculant. Personal Care: Used in small amounts as a conditioning agent in products like shampoos. 3. Transportation & Packaging Form: Typically supplied as an aqueous solution (common concentrations: 20%, 40%) in plastic drums (e.g., 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg) or tanker trucks. Powder/granular forms are also available. Classification: Generally transported as non-hazardous goods, but compliance with local regulations and specific product MSDS is essential. Avoid severe impact and container damage during transit. Labeling: Containers must be clearly labeled with product name, concentration, batch number, production date, and safety information. 4. Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and outdoor storage. Temperature: Prevent freezing of liquid products (recommended range: 5-40°C) to maintain efficacy. If frozen, thaw and mix thoroughly before use. Handling: Keep containers tightly sealed and stack securely to prevent leakage. Shelf Life: Typically 6 months to 1 year (refer to product specifications). Testing activity after long-term storage is advised. |
